Paradise Designs is a full-service Landscape Design, Construction and Maintenance Company.

Long time employees Don Kansteiner, Jeff Leonard and Nikki Thurman have assumed leadership of the company originally inspired by the beauty of the natural surroundings in the local communities of San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano and Dana Point.

Paradise Designs Leadership Team

Founded in a Dana Point garage by brothers Tom and Jeff Garton, Paradise Designs centered family life and building beautiful landscapes where their clients could make shared memories with their own families and friends.

Since those humble beginnings, Paradise Designs has built a team of creative landscape designers, experienced supervisors, project coordinators, detail-oriented crews and courteous customer service personnel.
